Vendor: Steve Miller
Type: Archival Pigmented Photgraph

Steve Miller Titled “Pushing The Train” 13.5”x20” Archival Pigmented Photograph on Photographic Fiber Gloss Paper. From an edition of 25.

Steve Millers passion for photography goes back to high school in NYC where he was first introduced to Photography. Becoming Immediately excited about recording a moment in time as he watched an image appear while developing in the darkroom.
Since graduating the Boston Museum School in 1978 Steve worked as a Master silkscreen Printer at Fine Art Press Inc. Photography has given him a means of spontaneous expression that silkscreen printing didn’t. Printmaking used up too much creative energy, while the process of photography lets him use all his creative capacity achieving instant results.
Steve’s work has always been figurative in nature and most recently found that working with a model sparks an emotional fantasy and sensitivity that he’s always been looking for. There seems to be a vintage impassioned sentiment that real film exhibits even when printed digitally.
