OXER is a Brooklyn based graffiti writer who is most known for ihs distinct throw ups and his long track record for pianting in the streets of New york City. He has been active since the late 80s and is one of the few street based graffiti writers whose work has kept up with the times. He is a mentor of the influencial TFP and RIS crews as well as the notorious YKK crew. Noxer’s work can be seen in the book, New York Graffiti and most recently, Vandal Squad by Joseph Rivera.
